A:please send us the photos of the defaulted battery and tell us what happened. if everything is /confirm/ied, the new ones will be sent to you as compensation in the next order.

A:yes, we can offer OEM service , and the MOQ is 200 pieces. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
